Well, the good folks over at the Microsoft Community haven't been able to figure this one out, and pretty much every question I have asked here has been resolved. So I'll give it a try.
I use Outlook 365, not desktop Outlook which has much more flexibility and customization features. With ordinal numbers sometimes I have the th superscript, and sometimes I don't. For example:
Unlike with desktop Outlook, there is nowhere in the settings to change this, at least not that I can find. This must be one of those auto-correct or auto-insert features, but I don't see anywhere to toggle it on or off.
Yes, I could change from HTML to plain text format:
That would make all ordinal numbers uniform with the th not superscript. But then I would lose my written signature and the link to our organization in my signature plus any other HTML in my emails.
This is clearly a First World Problem, as they say, but it drives me nuts. Any ideas?
