We have been using Dell PowerEdge R420 for main domain controller. Recently after a windows update and restart, it goes in to a blue screen with error code 0xc000021a after windows logo. But after a an sfc scan of bootdir=c:\ windir=d:\windows, now the blue screen does not appear and it shows a black screen then it restarts after sometime. CBS logs of sfc scan attached.

i could not run sfcfix.exe (copied on USB pen drive) using command prompt from Windows 2012 DVD media. Server booted on DVD. When i run sfcfix.exe, it says that subsystem needed is not present. Could you please clarify whether sfcfix tool run only on client operating system or including servers. I could not find any tutorial on how to use sfcfix tool using cmd. Appreciate your help and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
