[WinServer2008R2SP1 x64] can't install KB4012215 or KB3207752

I am having problem in windows update of windows server 2008 r2 sp1 did not install the following packages KB3207752 and KB4012215, could you help me?

I have manually downloaded those patches and can't manually install them either. Message saying can not be installed.
