[WinServer2008R2 x64] Corrupt "msdelta.dll" and "msdt.exe" - unable to update

I've been having issues for around 6 months now whereby my server fails to update. There are rare cases where a singular update slips through, but these tend to be non-essential ones.

What I've tried
- Multiple Chkdsks
- Multiple SFC /scannow (always unable to fix the 2 aformentioned files)
- Replacing "msdelta.dll" with every other copy of the file on the machine (and there were a lot...)
- Running the Windows Update readiness tool
- Running SFCFix (reports 2 issues as per the attached logs)
- Running the outstanding updates manually

Log files to follow. Thanks in advance :)

EDIT: The link for the 2nd file in the large file upload post (https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...ate-forum-posting-instructions.html#post77618) doesn't work, so I have uploaded by CBS.zip elsewhere: Uploadfiles.io - cbs.zip . If there's some other means of me uploading directly to you guys please let me know :)

Have posted in the stickied thread but sadly no luck, guessing this is a particularly difficult one to solve :(?

Was fixed by repeatedly running the windows update readiness tool, checkdisk and sfc /scannow and doing individual optional updates between each one. The files are still corrupt, but at least updates work now :)
