Windows7 update fails with error [WindowsUpdate_80073701" "WindowsUpdate_dt000]

Hello, I've had a problem with windows update ever since I aborted one a month ago or more that was frozen up. It's completely locked up my windows update from ever updating, and they will fail with this error.

Here's what I've done so far, and I've tried these on different days multiple times the last month whenever I felt like trying to fix it.

I've ran Microsoft's Window Update troubleshooting tool which drops these steps & that one critical error every time.

SURT also fails to make it past this with no progress bar ever occurring, for over 20min+

Not sure if that is normal however as I've never ran SURT.

I also checked my SUR log and I'm missing a lot of packages, which I've attached.

Not sure what to do from here. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I ran an SFCFix and these were my results. Boy they don't look good.

Hello and welcome!

Please run SURT and leave it running until completion. After it's done, attach CheckSUR.log.

Hello! I would, but it never does anything. I left it up for 2-3+ hours and it never goes past Initializing, like the screenshot above

FRST Registry Search
1. Click your Start button and choose Control Panel.
2. In the upper right corner ensure the View by: is set to Category.
3. Select the Programs group.
4. Click the Turn Windows features on or off link. This will bring up the Windows Features dialog. Wait until this dialog populates with information. If this does not happen for some reason, please continue with the steps anyway.
Note: This loads your components hive which is what we want. Please keep this dialog open while you perform the remaining steps.
5. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the 64-bit Version so please ensure you download that one.
6. Run FRST64 by Right-Clicking on the file and choosing Run as administrator.
7. Copy and paste
KB4284826;KB3181988 into the Search box and click the Search Registry button.
8. When the scan is complete a notepad window will open with the results. Please attach this to your next reply. It is saved on your desktop named SearchReg.txt.
9. You may close any remaining open windows now.

My log exceeded the forums .txt limit. Hope it's okay in a zip file.

Re: Windows7 update fails with error [WindowsUpdate_80073701" "WindowsUpdate_dt000]

Failed pretty quickly, and my CBS.log was 123mb, and gets bigger anytime I try to drag it to my desktop. (its 200MB now) How would I go about sending that? That seems a bit unintended for it to be changing it's size anytime I interact with it, and to also be this size.

Edit:

I tried to delete the file to reset it to a clean state, and then update, which fails promptly. I noticed that even after it's failed "Windows Module Installer" is increasing in memory usage in task manager and CBS.Log is increasing in size, and continuing to do so regardless of the windows updater already being in a failed state.
