hi to all administrators/experts.

i am also having the same problems installing the windows vista starter service pack 1. i already ran the windows update readiness tool and i have attached the CBS.zip as i have read in your other forums.

i hope you can help me with this case of mine. i have no previous history of the computer as this is an office pc and that it has already been used for almost 8 years before i came. my first intention was to install kaspersky internet security 2014 but it requires at least service pack 1 and that was the time when i was having problems updating.
