Windows Vista SFC scans says need to fix corrupt files

Hi can someone help me. MS Vista x64 system: I ran the command sfc /scannow as an admin and i got a error that said that windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix them. I attached a zip file of the CBS log.
