Hi Team,
SFC /scannow results:
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
System Update Readiness Tool results:
Completes - everything looks fine, completing without error, some updates install, but all the security roll up updates fail - from KB4054518 onwards.
SFCFix results:
No corruptions were detected.
I've included a Zip of the CBS log file - but I believe the culprit is to be found here (from a previous attempt to resolve this):

I've also run a couple of tests with FRST to try and find out the troublesome update - there is nothing in the Filesystem, but a search of the registry shows lots of references - I believe this is what is causing all of my pain and anguish. See attached:
