I have 5 updates that just wont come, this started maybe 2 weeks ago. I think maybe some updates have come since then, but the 5 are security updates. KB3004375 - KB3046049. I have already tried sfc /scannow and the System Update readiness tool. I have noticed this issue before but it seemed to somehow resolve itself. I have also done a boot scan with my virus software and still the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciatedView attachment SFCFix.txt

I keep trying to upload my CBS zip but it's not working. Is there another way I can send it?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, I have just returned from my holidays.

Are updates still failing on this machine?

If yes please run SFC /SCANNOW again and upload a new copy of the CBS folder to DropBox.

View attachment 11404Hi,

Yes, it seems that the same 5 updates simply refuse to download, but the ones released after that dl and install. Oh now it appears to be 6.
I just attached it here, it's small now it seems

Please follow the instructions Here to run the System Update Readiness Tool. When the SURT finishes installing, copy (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) the contents of the SURT log into your next post please:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

Ok here's those files.
I already had that program so I guess I have tried installing this one before I came to the forum

I am not seeing any corruptions in these logs.

Windows Update Log

  1. Click on the Start button -> Inside the search box copy and paste the following command
    cmd /c copy %windir%\WindowsUpdate.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\WindowsUpdate.txt"
  2. Please go to your desktop and attach WindowsUpdate.txt to your next post

I need a bit more information than they both failed, how did they fail? what was the error? Can you upload another WindowsUpdate log

Ok sorry. The installer looked like it was working and then finally just said failed at the top. I'll send over the log when I get a chance..
