windows updates failing constantly

Hi,
we have 64-bit windows7 system and I am thinking to fix the automatically windows update function. Unfortunately we have not succeeded so far and finally with the help of one of you we could make it....,so we still have hope.
Every time I try the windows updates the configuration during rebooting the configuration fails. I am driving nuts on this, eg monthly security quality rollup or Update for windows7 based x64 systems, 2018-05 Security- und Qualityrollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1 under Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 for x64 (KB4099633)
