Windows Updates failed to install KB5034614 and KB5034767

Hello,

This particular server has been having issues installing updates for a few months now. We've rebooted, ran the following commands:
net stop wuauservnet stop cryptSvcnet stop bitsnet stop msiserverRen C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.oldRen C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.oldren c:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log WindowsUpdate.oldnet start wuauservnet start cryptSvcnet start bitsnet start msiserver

Ran sfc /scannow
Ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

The error codes we are getting for our most recent installation attempt are:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070003: 2024-02 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5034767).Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070003: 2024-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows Server 2016 for x64 (KB5034614).
