windows updates fail

2 windows updates kb3071756 and kb3060716

fail. I have tried evey fix I found in MS and in forums
but no luck with these updates

I have ran the sfc fix and created the zip file but when I run the manage attachments it uploads but does not show
up in the place to drag it to attach so I will try the method for it the file was too big

I followed the instructions and it said it worked so I am submiting the tread

SFC Scan

1. Click on the Start
   
   button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each
   
   sfc /scannow
   
   Wait for this to finish before you continue
   
   copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log %userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt
   
   
4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

Note: If the file is too large to attach, please right-click cbs.txt, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder and upload the cbs.zip file instead.
