[SOLVED] Windows Updates fail with 0x8007000e from events log

Checking for updates takes a very long time. Eventually fails.
Got this error code from the Event logs in Windows Update Client.
MS Fixit did not resolve issue
SFCFix did not find any corruption.

CBS logs to follow.

Hold on, on a whim I tried again and updates found the list of needed updates. Currently downloading them. Will follow up after the attempt.
