Windows Updates (KB4483452 & KB4486553) fail to install and installing Optional features "RSAT" are failing too. OS: Win10 1809 SFC /scannow: Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth: The operation completed successfully. I was able to solve the issue for this machine by manually uninstall KB installations with the cab files and deleting the dirtystore flag. Checking CBS logs I still have other machines with the a corrupt component store but apparently they don't have any issues with installing updates. What I don't understand is how this happens and how to prevent this in future. If you can share any information I would appreciate it. Thanks

Its difficult to say, some problems occur because of errors during the installation of updates, sometimes the updates have problems when initially released, etc... If you have machines reporting errors sooner or latter some update will fail to install...
