I assumed you would of ran SFC, but I needed the log to see what the error is ;)

The error with COMPONENTS hive is that it can not be loaded.

Code:
2014-12-03 23:43:45, Info CBS Failed to load the COMPONENTS hive from 'C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS' into registry key 'HKLM\COMPONENTS'. [HRESULT = 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB]
2014-12-03 23:43:45, Info CBS Failed to load component store [HRESULT = 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB]
2014-12-03 23:43:45, Info CSI 00000002 GetSystemStore called without loading components hive
2014-12-03 23:43:45, Error CSI 00000003@2014/12/4:04:43:45.801 (F) base\wcp\componentstore\com\store.cpp(5589): Error HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND) originated in function CreateOrGetIStore expression: (null)

Fixing these errors have not always had a good success rate, you will have to give me a few days to look over this.

Thanks.

Sorry for the delay. After having a look at the hive I was unable to find anything that stands out as to why this would not be loading.
