windows update (Win 10 1709 to 1909)

Helloo :)

I have a problem to update my windows 10 1709 to 1909.

I tryed a lot of stuff but that didn't work. (update from creator tool, update from iso 1909, DISM,...)

(DISM, with mounted image and online,....) Always got the same error

In my windows update i have always the .net 4.8 and other kb for 1709 who are blocked.

I tryed to update the catalog,.. got an error too.

For updates I tried to update the components too but not working

I don't know what to do.

I hope I don't need to reinstall my computer...

An other strange problem, yesterday the SFCFIX crashed and today it worked lol...

I tried to solve the problem but it's harder than expected

sfc scannow stop after 54%

I checked the winsxs folder and it looks like there is a lot of corrupted files inside.
