Windows Update will not work because of corrupted files

I'm having an issue where Windows Update constantly fails to install the newest security update. When I tried to run sfc /scannow, it said that it found corrupted files but couldn't repair them. When I tried to run DISM, I got to around 60% before it failed on me. Because the update is specifically related to security, my computer constantly tries to update every time it turns on, which slows everything down by a lot before it fails every time. Is there any way to fix this so I can finally update and get my computer to run normally again? I've attached the DISM log below in case that helps.

It has been over two weeks since my first post here and no one has responded. Has anyone even noticed this at all?! I'm still having issues and it's causing my computer to lag and crash almost every day! Please, I need help.

Can someone at least acknowledge they've looked at this thread?
