Windows Update Vista X86 80070490 Error

I have a Windows Vista X86 Laptop that I'm working on and run into an error when attempting to install updates: 80070490. I have downloaded the Windows Update Readiness tool and ran that, to no avail, I have also looked around the forums here for information regarding permissions/ownership and the Registry and attempted one fix that also did not work. Attached is my CBS log, I'm at a loss now on how to remedy this. Thank you for your help!
