Windows update, SFC, DISM, SFCFIX all not working

Hi, it's months, that i can't update windows, so i try to update with an iso, but it crash during the second phase, giving me this error on reboot, "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation", so i try with sfc, but always at 6% give me " windows protection error: impossible to do this operation", so i try with dism, but it give me "error 605", then i've tried sfcfix, but it give me "something has gone horribly wrong...etc".
all the things above, i've tried them also in safe mode, with the same results.
