Hello

I have a problem. This time it is my machine. I have two drives one for everyday use and the other for my graphic design. I am very particular about my pc. I had not worked on any graphic design in a while and yesterday I went there to start a project. Norton was out of date which is to be expected since I hadn't used the drive in a while. I got norton up and went to do windows updates but a message popped up saying the service is not running. First thing I thought was virus so I did a scan Malwarebyte found nothing. I did the sfc and it found no problem. I even did the eset online scan and it found two files but these files (win32/opencandy application) are on my primary drive and they are part of FL studio program. They are not viruses. I am stumped trying to figure it out. It is probably something simple then again it may not be because upon restarting the drive in question the screen now flickers, pauses, goes black before finally going to the home screen after I log in.

Here is the CBS zip

Hi jackel,

Sorry for the delay. niemiro and I both have exams fast approaching and have very limited time at the moment.

We don't close threads when they are finished just in case you decide to post back here if the issue ever surfaces again but instead, I will mark this thread as solved for you :)

Tom
