WIndows update problem 2008 Web Server R2 SP1

Hi all,
After many attemps of trying to fix it by myself, reading other posts of this forum and trying some fixes, nothing worked.

I Have a 2008 Web Server R2 with SP1 applied, and I'm unable to install windows6.1-kb4534310-x64 neither windows6.1-kb4054518-x64, manually, via DSIM or windows update.
Tried the tweaking windows repair fix, updated windows update agent to latest version, I all ways end with the same result: Install failed, error = 0x8024200D / 0x8024200D
I'm attaching windows update log.

Please try one of the other updates that failed and attach CBS.log. Windows Update log is unimportant.
