Not able to install certain updates, i see lots having this problem but have not wanted to use others frst recoveries etc for obvious reasons.

theyare specific to each individual case.

anyways. with that said, im able to run all the updates no problem (lil slow but she goes) ,but i have a few updates taht keep failing KB4343900 and KB2952664 .no matter what i do ,run windows troubleshoot and it says its fine continue to proceed with installing updates. only to fail again. so awkward.
now im familiar with botnet and a tonne of other stuff and im aware this might be nsa stuff rolled into packages along with security breach updates and vulnerability exploit updates (doesnt mean i cant miss something or not know what something is). if this isn't needed to make my windows 7 optimized id rather not bother. and i really don't enjoy botnet type malware/bloatware. i try very hard to de-bloat my pc constantly.

(might also be a cause//,NOT USING REG.EDITS , I WILL NEVER USED THEM UNLESS INSTRUCTED BY A TRAINED TECHNICIAN OR PROFESSIONAL)

i also had to go to my services and restart my B.I.T.S (background intelligence transfer service) which is responsible for data transfer, metadata etc
and i also had to re turn back on my windows update service.

anyone able to give me a hand on this,. hate windows updates ,so tedious. not the first time ive seen/heard/nor dealt with this stuff and its sooooo stressful.

its also throttling the living hell out of my PC and private memory. under the superfetch sysmain SVC. could this be dataleak? memory leak? am i exploited and conflicted or hijacked? on average in task manager, this SVC thing hangs at about 220,000k min and ramps any where to almost a whooping 300,000K!!!!! and i know this should nottttttt be happening especially on idle or just running chrome.,is it possible this is just my computer over clocked from me tweakinig the clocks and it just staying at a high frequency constantly? is it my dual channel ram?not sure if me over clocking my pc would have this affect . my cores are at 4.20 Ghz with a x21 multiplier applied.

ive been into computers long enough to at least know that much. the amount of googling and snooping ive done and data-breach research etc is redundant ,.even compiled a bunch of different API's and pulled info from breaches all over the world wide web, just to make sure none of my physical emails etc have been at risk of spreading zombies or worms or spam mail etc.

this has literally halted all my windows updates from installing and any that do just instantly revert back after required restart.
and seems to be more then a silly small runtime environment issue. i even enabled GODMODE on my windows 7 with elevated commands and permissions and ran EVERYTHING diagnostic wise. ran sfcscan last week no errors.
any suggestions?
