Windows Update not working

Hi, hope you can help.

Have a friends laptop with windows 10 on and it wont install updates, mainly the feature updates, its stuck on Win10 2004.

SFC says there are errors and DISM restorehealth will not complete. Laptop sometimes randomly bluescreens which i think is due to the corruption but cant be sure

Just to add, I have tried updating windows via USB and it gets so far and rolls back, same if i try to update to Win11
