Windows update (not possible)

Windows update (always failure)

Hello,
could you someone help me, please ? I would like to install windows update and then upgrade on the windows 10. If I try install some update so my update is always failure.

I ran in CMD following commands:
1. chkdsk C:
2. sfc /scannow (failure with error -Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.)
