Windows Update keeps telling me to restart my PC so it can install updates loop

So, I have a problem with WU asking for a restart to install update because, apparently, system is using some files. I've already tried doing sfc /scannow and your SFCFix tool with no luck. Also tried it with a script that deletes the Registry entry(the RebootRequired one). If you can help my in any way I'd appreciate it <3

Exporting a Custom Registry Key
Follow the instructions below to export the key specified below from the Registry and upload it.
  • On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select

    Run as Administrator
  • On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter;
    Code:
    reg export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate" "%userprofile%\Desktop\Export.txt"
  • A file called Export.txt will appear on your desktop;
  • Upload the file on Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and post the download URL here;
