Windows Update keeps telling me to restart my computer

I read another thread on here and it appears to be the exact same problem I am having. My Windows Update keeps telling me I have to restart my computer. I have done this a number of different times and have even uninstalled a bunch of updates to find the trouble one to no avail. If someone could please help, I would be so grateful.

Did you see pending.xml file in winsxs folder?
