Windows Update keeps failing with error 0x80070005

Windows update of the current updates is failing with 0x80070005

I tried the usual troubleshooting steps like:

dism
sfc /scannow
resetting software distribution folder

no success so far.

I would appreciate any assistance

The OS is Server 2022 21h2 and attached are the cbs logs and the componentscanner logs.
