[SOLVED] Windows Update keeps asking me to restart over.

I have been having problem with the window updates. It keep prompt for a restart to finish installing important updates. I had restart it many times but it still the same. I'd tried the solution through https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...-keeps-asking-me-restart-over-over-again.html
but only until WU info part, did not perform the SFCFix-Fix Time.

CBS ZIP File Microsoft services

Previously i've tried to upgrade it to Window 10 but it doesn't work well and i started to receive the message prompt for restart. I've then cancel the reservation for window 10 and not planning to upgrade it anymore.
Please help me out on this. :banghead:

Exporting a Custom Registry Key
Follow the instructions below to export the key specified below from the Registry and upload it.

• On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator
• On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
• On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
• Enter the command below and press on Enter;

Follow the instructions below to download and execute a SFCFix fix, and provide the log.

• Download SFCFix and move the executable on your Desktop;
