Windows Update KB5033118 fails server 2022 with error code 0x80073701

Hi

The cumulative update continuously fails with error code 0x80073701 on a server 2022 VM

I have run sfc/scannow and DISM restores but none fix the issue.
Have tried installing from standalone file with no success.

Componentscanner.txt is attached.
