Windows will not update retrospectively, by which I mean, it won't install an update that has already been superceded by a later one. As per the file you just posted, you successfully updated to KB5031816 on October 27. Code: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=5031816 COMPUTER Update KB5031816 NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM 10/27/2023 So as far as I can see, your computer is up to date. If you have any problems installing the November update (which is due to be released today) then please get back to me, otherwise I think you're OK to go.

I'll leave this topic open for a couple of days or so, to give you time to find out whether the November update installs OK or not, and if I haven't heard back from you in that time, then I'll mark this topic as solved.

Then this morning I had an update rollback and now my update history states KB5032189 failed to installed with error 0x800f0922. I have attached the latest updatelist.txt. Should I start a new thread? Attachments updatelist.txt 12.6 KB · Views: 0

If you can, I would appreciate it. I'm kinda busy with another topic at the moment, and I also have quite a few personal commitments this weekend, so you'll probably get helped quicker if you start a new topic and wait for a new helper. If you haven't received a reply from a new helper to your new topic by Monday, send me a PM and I'll try and find time to help you.

Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?" Click on the Yes button here. Attach the file CBS.zip to your next reply.
