Windows update KB5005033 restart loop

So I installed this update recently and since then my pc is looped to "your pc will be restarted in 1 minute"
I tried uninstalling it but nothing happens it doesn't install when done in safe mode shows error 0x800f0905 what should I do now it restarts so quickly I can't find any solution
