Windows Update KB4343900 failing on Windows 2008 R2

Tried steps:
Sfc /scannow. No errors were detected
Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
Tried to download KB4343900 from Windows Update catalog
Run Windows Update Readiness tool


Once in the Windows Update history, it was showing that the update was successful but it keeps downloading the same update

Thanks for the reply. I am uploading CBS folder to google drive(this process will take one hour) and SCFix.exe is now running

Please attempt the update again and when it fails, attach CBS.log and C:\Windows\Inf\setupapi.dev.log.

I would also recommend deleting everything you can from the CBS folder as the amount of logs present is rather extreme.
 
That does not matter, when it clearly doesn't succeed. Do you get a screen similar to this:
