[SOLVED] Windows Update KB4338818

failed to install kb4338818 on windows 7 32 bits pc
I run
sfc /scannow
result: windows resource protection did not find any integrity violation
run surt
result is checksur.log is attached
main error is CSI Missing Deployment Key
can anyone help me ?

I resolve the problem.
The problem was revealed by the windows\logs\cbs.log

2018-08-09 08:29:29, Error CBS Failed to resolve execution package: Package_163_for_KB4054518~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~~6.1.1.2 [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]

I download from microsoft catalog update the failing update kb4054518.
I try to install normally and I receive error...
I install kb4054518 from command prompt using dism
expand kb

EXPAND KB4054518.MSU -F:* D:\dirkb
dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:d:\dirkb\Windows6.1-KB4054518-x86.cab
