Windows Update KB4074598 and KB4093118 fail to install

Hi there!

I'm trying my hardest to get KB4074598 and KB4093118 installed but despite my best efforts it keeps failing. I've noticed you've assisted people with issue before and I was hoping you could lend me a hand!

Please let me know what if is required.
