[SOLVED] Windows Update KB2952664 and KB3068708 both wont uninstall/ W7x64Sp1

the error message is > An error has occured. not all of the
updates were successfully uninstalled

this is what i get when i try to remove both of the mentioned updates , ive also tried removing them through an cmd command > wusa /uninstall /kb:2952664 and wusa /uninstall /kb: KB3068708 , no luck same issue, but i do get more specific error codes when doing it through the cmd instead of the regular uninstall through the installed updates manager window, the specific error messages i get are the following , for KB2952664 its>

Installer encountered an error: 0x80070643
Fatal error during installation.

and for KB3068708 its>

Installer encountered an error: 0x80071a91
Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due to an error.

, im using an admin account with UAC disabled btw , also to mention all this has been tried both in normal and safe mode, also system restore is set to disabled aka no restore points
ive also made sure to previous to this have diagnostic tracking service , diagnostic system host , diagnostic service host, diagnostic policy service completely disabled and stopped

ive also let the following tools run in the following order also before trying the forementioned process >

SFCFix
Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64.msu

Windows 7 Update Causing Lock Ups - KB2952664 - Ophtek


and the odd thing about it is ive tried just for fun to uninstall any other random system update and it worked without a hitch so these both system updates seem to have corruptions in theyre installations somewhere , thus preventing my system from properly uninstalling them
 
ok so i must correct my previous statement , apparently all system updates are for some reason not able to uninstall , but security updates are, so now im thinking the installations of forementioned updates dont actually have corruptions at all
 
ok another correction , no updates uninstall without the message An error has occured. not all of the updates were successfully uninstalled BUT ive just installed a few security updates so installation of updates works as should , just the uninstall of updates seems borked , not sure whats up with that
 
ok so again correction , ive thought the updates would go through at the time , but the only update out of the August updates that went through was the malicious software removal tool , all the others gave a 0x800706ba Error as well did i notice an error when i try to enable or disable system restore the following error comes up > 0x80071a91Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started or was shut down due to an error.so heres the windowsupdate.log>View attachment WindowsUpdate.log

well , not sure if youve checked my very recent WindowsUpdate.log ,that should have some better pointers to whats going wrong , that ive attached ,your sfcfix.zip didnt change anything to the current issue , i dont think its because of these 27 surt errors

arent these all unimportant sample files that have no relation to the stability or function of the OS , right ?
 
Windows can be really capricious. Every files in the WinSxS and Servicing folders have their place. You can be missing the most useless payload there is, and Windows Update would stop working. So to eliminate that probability, we fix every errors in the CheckSUR and CBS logs, and then we move on to troubleshooting the Windows Update error codes. Because most of them, replacing all the missing payloads, packages, manifests, etc. will solve the issue. So follow the instructions I posted in my last post, and then post the SFCFix log please :)
