Windows update failures

When trying to install the next update for my computer I ran into a problem called C190011F. This led me to delete the contents of the "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" folder. Now when I try to install the update I get this: "0x8007001F - 0x2000D the installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation". What should I do to fix the situation?
