Windows Update failure

[h=1]I saw this post and read the way Aura handled it and was very impressed as it is remarkably similar to my problem
Thread: KB 3071756 GIVES 80073712 ERROR ?[/h]so I want to ask for help on Windows Update failure. But I'm not sure how to go about it
