Hello.

I am having trouble with 5 updates that fail to install with error 800B0100 - although 20 or so others have installed.
I have tried running SURT multiple times and also re-registering DLLs, running the MS Auto Fix troubleshooters as well as renaming the distribution library and restarting various services.

Here is the output from SFCFIX and I will attach the CBS zip :

SFCFix version 2.4.1.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2014-11-15 16:56:10.045
Not using a script file.

Hi Steve and welcome to Sysnative!

It seems your CBS file didn't upload. Can you use our automated system to upload it for me?

SFCFix CBS Collection

  1. Download SFCFix.exe using the following link and save the tool to your Desktop: [sfcfixdownload]Download SFCFix[/sfcfixdownload]
  2. Download SFCFixScript.txt and save this to your Desktop as well: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u...ts/~Generic/Collect/CBS/SFCFixScript.txt?dl=1
  3. On your Desktop, you should now see two files: SFCFix.exe and SFCFixScript.txt.
  4. Drag the file SFCFixScript.txt onto the file SFCFix.exe and release it.
  5. SFCFix will now begin to upload your CBS logfiles to our server.

Stephen

Hello.

I did upload the CBS zip file (14MB) using the instructions - except that the Download Link for SFCFix.EXE doesn't work for me - I had to download it elsewhere and got this:

SFCFix version 2.4.1.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2014-11-15 18:16:28.296
Using .txt script file at C:\Users\SteveO\Desktop\SFCFixScript.txt [0]
