[SOLVED] windows update fails on KB3000850 with error 800700A1

Hello, i got the error 800700A1, and i did fellows with some issues before:
1. run sfc /scannow, and create logs cbs.txt
2. download sfcfix.exe, and run it, create SFCFix.txt
3. contents of SFCFix.txt:

SFCFix version 2.4.3.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2015-05-16 13:05:15.838
Microsoft Windows 8.1 Update 3 - amd64
Not using a script file.
