[SOLVED] Windows Update failing since September 2018 on two computers

OK one computer checked out well with the SFC scan. But the laptop did not. I got this message:

I found the log file, but I can not open it.

Oh, sorry, I see I'm supposed to go to step 4.

Which is SFCFix
 
I'm sorry, from that link, the only thing for Windows 7 x64 is the SFCFix it runs & gives the SFCFix. If I'm on the wrong portion of the page the link leads to, please direct me. Thanks.
