Windows update failed - errorcode 80070002 - KB4534310 - Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64

Having problem installing KB4534310 on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1:
2020-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 R2 forx64-based Systems (KB4534310)
failed - errorcode 80070002.

I have installed all SSU (it was first missing a couple of them, all installed now).
No error found with sfc /scannow.
System Update Readiness tool does not find problem.
FSCFix does not find problem.
Server rebooted multiple times.

I have now followed the steps in the above link.
Dism of kb4338818 failed at 65%.
Dism of KB4054518 was ok.

I was now able to install "2020-01 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4534310)" after that i run the dism solution on a number of KBs that showed as missing in the cbs.log, so the server is patched up to date now, and maby the error with dism and kb4338818 is not a problem
