Windows update fail (Error:0x800700c1)

I've been trying to update windows for a while and I always end with Error:0x800700c1

After numerous attempts and failures I think I need your help with Windows Update and SFC.
I am running Windows 10 Home Single Language, Version: 20H2, OS Build: 19042.630, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

This is the result after running SFC:


This is the result after running DISM, have attached the log file:


After running SFCFix.exe, logfile summary states: No corruptions were detected.

Then I decided to reset this PC, where I encountered this (IMAGE BELOW) and would later result in Reset Failure.

I guess this is the main reson:
