Windows update errors; even SFCFix blows up!

Tried to do some DISM repairs to get updates working, no love. Figured I'd turn to your guys as you're crazy good with this stuff. Ran SFC, found errors it can't repair. Ran SFCFix and it actually fails to completely run. Get the following -
