Hello,
I have done everything I could but cannot update this Windows 7 Pro 64bit PC. I wanted to update Windows to make sure so that last month Microsoft patch for RDP will be patched. But I found last March monthly roll-up was not installed. I tried SFC/Scannow and it seems fine.

I have run KB947821, installed Windows Update Agent, and all things I know but it does not update. Below is the link for compressed CBS folder as instructed in niemiro's post.
CBS.zip (102.25MB) - SendSpace.com

I would really appreciate you help!

Hi!

It seems that your system boot partition is out of free space:

Code:
CSIPERF:TXCOMMIT;28015
2019-06-16 11:22:36, Error [0x018009] CSI 00000023 (F) Done with generic command 1; CreateProcess returned 0, CPAW returned S_OK
Process exit code 112 (0x00000070) resulted in success? FALSE
    Process output: [l:8995 [4096]"BFSVC: BfspCopyFile(C:\Windows\boot\PCAT\bootmgr, \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Boot\bootmgr) failed! (Attempt 1 of 60) Last Error = 0x70
