Attempting to Install from WSUS got fails.

Attempted to Install manually by downloading the KB and it fails.

ComponentsScanner says corrupt files in WinSXS

Restart the computer.
Check Windows Update again and report the result.
If it fails, copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.

Based off the original SFCFix file that was provided and how it was created kept doing the same thing until I found a pattern that all the manifest files that were corrupt were modified at the same time. I created my own fix file, and replaced 170-ish manifest files. Windows Update is now working, Thanks for providing the information I needed to get this resolved!
