Hello, as the title states, I am having some issues with updating to Windows 11 and with Windows updates in general. I have found a similar post on here with the exact same issue but the moderator had noted it was a script meant for his case and I couldn't find the attached script anyways so I did not attempt his solution.

This clearly seems to be the best place to try and fix this problem I've been having for years, thank you in advance for reading and helping out.

Getting the error code: 0x800700c1 as well as 0x800f081f (DISM)

Windows Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2728)

Step #1 - Run SFC Scan
Code:
Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

Step #2 - Run SURT/DISM
Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature.
For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

Step #3 - Run ComponentsScanner
Provided the attachment below.

Step #4 - Export CBS Folder
