Windows update error and windows keep deactivating

Hi All

I keep getting this when trying to update windows - Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 -Error 0x800f0831 .

I have a real windows 10 key but windows key deactivating too! i'm hoping being able to update will fix my window deactivation issue.

I have even tried download it manually from microsoft catalog update system

I really don't want to reinstall as I have a lot of pre-setup programs!
