Hello - experiencing ongoing problem with Windows Update. It cannot install four updates (error 800703F1). I cannot update to Windows 8.1 becuase I am missing one to two other updates (not in these four). When I run the DISM tool, it says my configuration registry is corrupt. Unsure if this is related. Any help would be much appreciated. I have spent way too much time researching this. Many thanks. File attached.
