Good Afternoon from Toronto,
First the good news, the Windows update error 80073712 has been fixed. When I follow your instructions from your last message, I got the feeling that I did something wrong. So, I went back and I try again. This time it work. How I did it? I have been working as an Engineer (graduated in Spain and Masters in South Africa) and, as such, I always makes notes and or take pictures of all my engineering activities to make sure that I do things right. The same thing I did when I encounter this error of reference. I knew that your last instructions was the the solution of the puzzle and I did my best to follow it. Unfortunately and not been a computer literate, I did realized that I must have made an error, therefore, I went back to the drawing board and I checked your instructions with my notes of the things I was doing. I did find out that, for whatever reason, I did something wrong, so, I try again and this time it did work. (I'm sending you the pictures, they are compress under the name "pictures" for you to be able to see its development)

I was not able to read the CBS file that was created. I try twice but, for whatever reason, the Notepad was not able to open it; after awhile of waiting came a message that says "Notepad (No Responding)". Clicking in properties, the Notepad indicates that there are 398 MB (417.888.279 bytes). Why Is not able to read it? I try to send it to you and the program crashed and all my complete message disappeared and the program close. So, what I did is compressed the file and I'm sending it to you with yesterday date (CBS_josephus_May15).
After all the corrections have been made, I went to c:\Windows\System32\Servicing\ (please look at your last message) and I could not find Servicing folder. So, looking at my notes and your previous instructions I realized that there was no such thing as "Servicing" that you most probably wanted to write Config; so I went to c:\Windows\System32\Config\Components\ and the file is 43.264 KB which means that either you were able Re-store the file dated January 22, 2015 (there was a picture that I did send you on one of my previous messages) or you created your own. Of course your components file now is a bit large than the one of January 2015. Whatever, you, Neimero and your team, were able to restore my system to be able to update Microsoft programs thru "Windows Update" (See attached pictures).
Windows Update find 89 files that need to be updated and after all were downloaded the instalation began and of all 89, 7 of them were not able to update. Instead it came a new code error with a different number (Code Error 8007371B) I found that this error in is not as problematic as i thouth it could be. One is related to internet Explorer and the other 6 are related to Windows Security system (See pictures Image_1599.JPG). Nevertheless if you by any chance have a good answer to resolve it, please let me know and I will work on it.
Anyways one more time I wish to thank you, Nemeiro and the team who have been working very hard in resolving that issue. Please do not exitate to contact me if any of you comes to Canada and makes an stop to my city Toronto, please send mer a message and gladly I will take you for a tour of the city and, for diner to the best restaurant in town. As note of my apreciation, a donation will be send to your
