[SOLVED] Windows Update Error 80070490

Hello,

Windows Update does no work on Vista Home Basic SP2 32bit. Always get error code 80070490.

I have tried with no luck:
System File Checker
System Readiness Tool

Files attached:

Now updating.

Found that optional updates were working.

The important updates not installing were all published in 2009 - 2011. Newer updates seemed to be installing.

Installed all 43 updates manually.

Removed Rising Antivirus, installed Microsoft Security Essentials.

Important updates now installing.

Will start new thread if problem recurs.
